MELIX Malaysia PURCHASE TIPS

Purchase Procedure

1. Looking for the product you want on our website. 

2. Message us in our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/melixmalaysia) or Whatsapp +60127830161 or Wechat melixbymarvel if you have trouble on choosing a product that is suitable to you. We will do an online scalp analysis then recommend a product that is suitable to your scalp.

3. After confirm the product to purchase, you can directly order from us through our customer service or add the product to the shopping cart from this website. Please provide your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER to place an order, also double confirmed the order before making the payment. 

4. We you keep your order for seven (7) days only and the order will be removed from our system. 

5. Please make payment before the order is removed from our system, screenshot and send the receipt to us. If you are doing online banking (NOT Direct Deposit from ATM Machine or Counter), please provide the bank holder name so that we can trace the payment.

6. After we confirm the payment, the product will ship to you within two (2) working days. (Saturday and Sunday consider as non-working day)


Shipping (MALAYSIA)

For Malaysia Customer, if the order for WEST Malaysia is below RM100, a postage fee of RM6 will be charged; if order more than RM100, it will be free postage. Order for EAST Malaysia will be charged RM 10 fix postage fee.

Our default courier company is POSLAJU. Normally delivery time takes 2-5 working days for West Malaysia address, 3-7 working days for East Malaysia address.

We will inbox/email every customer tracking number of the parcel when the parcel is picked up by courier service. Please trace your parcel here: https://www.tracking.my/couriers/poslaju . If there is unsuccessfully delivery of the parcel, please call 1300-300-300 to reschedule second delivery. 

Please ENSURE you trace and track your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to customer providing wrong address/ nobody at home and not picking up from the poslaju office, we will only do second shipment after receiving postage fee for Malaysia address, WEST M'sia RM 6; EAST M'sia RM 10. Or else, customer has to come to our office to pick up the parcel.

Shipping (SINGAPORE)

For Singapore Customer, a postage fee of RM35 will be charged for each customer. Our default courier company is Qxpress. Normally delivery time takes 2-5 working days.

Please ENSURE you trace and track your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us due to customer providing wrong address/ nobody at home and not picking up from Qxpress office, we will only do second shipment after receiving RM35 postage fee
